The Collingwood Park Swim School project is a community facility to service the adjoining Woodlands low-rise estate residential land development.

The facility houses a 130m2 swimming pool with adjoining amenities, office and car parking.

PTG Consulting were engaged to complete the structural design and documentation for the project.

The site is founded in an area with challenging geotechnical engineering conditions. The structural design was required to be efficient to ensure commercial feasibility and to make throughout consideration to the articulation and detailing to manage potential risk for our client.
