The ‘Modern Thai House’ by Braeden Constructions and designed by Chris Clout took out the gold gong for its attention to detail and tropical elegance.

The property also claimed the Individual Home over $2m award.

Wrapping around a central tropical oasis, the home includes a basement living level that is below the water.

This three-level home has an outstanding outdoor dining pavilion, while a fire pit and seating give the illusion of floating in the pool.

SCG Engineers were the structural engineers on the project.
