Inspired by the Greek Islands this unique house in Broadbeach is unparalleled and is bound to catch the eye of any budding investor.

By using a suspended slab structure for the lower floor we were able to bring to life the living area designing a one of a kind sunken lounge.

Our engineering scope covered; footings and slab, wall framing, bracing, tie-downs, reinforced concrete masonry walls, suspended concrete slabs, swimming pool, timber and steel floor framing, roof framing & steel portal frame structure.
