NORTHWARD STREET Project type: Structura;, Civil, Geotechnical Location: Coomera, QLD Northward Street is a commercial warehouse development, with pre-cast panel walls and structural steel mezzanine floor and roof. PTG Consulting was fully involved with engineering support, including structural, geotechnical & civil engineering design. A key challenge on this site was the restrictions surrounding a sewer main running through the site.
