RUIN X Project type: Structural, Geotechnical Location: Burleigh Waters, QLD Ruin X was an extensive bespoke renovation project which PTG Consulting assisted with Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering services. Ruin X is a one-of-a-kind, fully rendered home, completely renovated from the ground up. BEAUDESERT SOUTHWEST WATER PIPELINE Project type: Geotechnical Engineering Date: 2022-2023 Location: Beaudesert, QLD Beaudesert Southwest Water Pipeline and the new Wyaralong Water Treatment Plant are currently under construction by Service Stream for SEQ Water. PTG Consulting completed the geotechnical investigation for the 27km Southwest Pipeline and the Wyalong Transfer System Development and is currently providing on-site construction advice. The project connects Beaudesert to the SEQ Water Grid will ensure a reliable long-term water supply for the Scenic Rim. NORTHWARD STREET
NORTHWARD STREET Project type: Structura;, Civil, Geotechnical Location: Coomera, QLD Northward Street is a commercial warehouse development, with pre-cast panel walls and structural steel mezzanine floor and roof. PTG Consulting was fully involved with engineering support, including structural, geotechnical & civil engineering design. A key challenge on this site was the restrictions surrounding a sewer main running through the site.
