This once old and beat up home in Broadbeach has found new life. By making use of existing concrete slab the builder was able to reduce costs and ultimately build a one of a kind house.
Our engineering scope covered; footings and slab, wall framing, bracing, tie-downs, timber and steel floor framing, roof framing & swimming pool.
