Ruin X was an extensive bespoke renovation project which PTG Consulting assisted with Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering services.
Ruin X is a one-of-a-kind, fully rendered home, completely renovated from the ground up. Our scope included masonry walls, design of the dual carport extension with planter boxes, floor framing design for the extension & raised pool pavilion and extended high raked ceilings throughout. Ruin X is now well known across south-east Queensland after going to auction in March 2022.
We worked closely with the client at the beginning of the project to ensure expectation can be met and to identify and solve any construction issues that could be foreseen as early as possibly. We worked extensively with Bradford Constructions to ensure any hurdles were met with an optimum cost-effective solution.
