His expertise covers the full asset life cycle from early-stage feasibility and operations through to end-of-life planning and repurposing.

Riccardo is an skilled Hydrogeologist with broad experience in groundwater resource exploration and environmental monitoring. He is highly skilled in environmental sampling and monitoring techniques for soil, groundwater, surface water, and vapour, and is experienced in preparing environmental assessments, management plans, and technical reports.

Alex is a Chartered Geotechnical Engineer with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, Australia, South America, and New Zealand. He is responsible for leading major geotechnical projects, overseeing multi-million dollar programs, managing teams, and driving business development and tendering efforts.

Justin leads our local geotechnical team and oversees all aspects of project delivery, team development, and business performance across the region. With a strong foundation as both a geotechnician and geotechnical engineer, Justin brings hands-on expertise and leadership to every stage of geotechnical investigation, testing, and reporting.

Gerard specialises in stormwater drainage design, flood modelling, Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), feasibility assessments, strategic planning, report writing, project management and obtaining agency approvals.

Aaron is a senior engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in geotechnical, construction, and design engineering. He has led major infrastructure and containment projects across road, rail, earthworks, and storage sectors, and has overseen more than 4.5 million square metres of geosynthetic liner installations.
